Mark Trostle, the vice president of Ram and Mopar Design at the moment, and Ralph Gilles, the former CEO and president of Chrysler's SRT brand, joined Goldberg on stage to
assist him and give a synopsis of the progress being made on the vehicles. The final combined offer for both
vehicles comes in at $410,000, which is slightly more than the total prices of other Demons and Demon 170s at the auction. Ever the showman, Goldberg engages the audience
sadly, the bids don't come in very quickly. Goldberg says that despite not making as much money as he had
intended to, after buying the cars at
MSRP, and he still made four times as much. More than the cash, he is appreciative of the help he got from his friends, family, and the Mopar leadership.
