The seized wheels are just the start of the story because the car is not in excellent shape overall. The main
problem with most old, neglected cars is rust, which this Challenger has in abundance. For almost twenty years,
it has been outside. Starting at the front of the car, the rust extends to the tip of the nose. Similarly badly rusted
is the driver's front quarter panel, which drops to the rocker. Meanwhile, the weather stripping surrounding the
front windshield has completely crumbled and the C-pillar has some really significant rust. Given the likely
much worse state of the roof, it's probably a good thing this car didn't have a vinyl top.
