Although Dodge had a history of changing its color codes in the 1970s, the infamous "FM3" code, which was

only available for the 1970 model year and was known as Moulin Rouge for Plymouth and Panther Pink for

Dodge, was never offered again. Though they are exceptionally unusual early-build automobiles,

pantherpink.com reports that there were a handful strange 1971 model year autos with the FM3 code paint.

Dodge reintroduced a similar hue in 2010 with the limited edition 'Furious Fuchsia' paint option for the SRT8

and R/T Challenger. But this Demon 170, at least in its Hemi V8-powered form, is said to be a perfect paint match to the original FM3 code, as well as a fitting tribute to the Challenger's genesis and conclusion.
